Sponsored Challenge Program Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Hyro Finance, j. s. a. (“HyroTrader”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), primarily through the website www.hyrotrader.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or any Services provided by HyroTrader. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before creating an account, purchasing a challenge, submitting an application, or using any of our Services.

The HyroTrader Sponsored Challenge Program allows qualified traders to apply for a fully sponsored HyroTrader evaluation account at no upfront cost.

Sponsored challenge accounts are provided solely at HyroTrader’s discretion and are intended to identify skilled, disciplined traders based on merit. The Program is not a giveaway, contest, lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance.

To be eligible for the Program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted.
• Submit complete, truthful, and accurate application information.
• Demonstrate genuine trading experience.
• Agree to these Program Terms.
• Successfully complete KYC/AML verification if selected.

HyroTrader reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Applicants may submit one or more forms of trading evidence, including but not limited to:

• Exchange trading history
• Exchange account statements
• Read-only exchange API access
• Trading journal exports
• Screenshots of trading dashboards
• Prop firm dashboards or certificates
• Verified public track records
• Other documentation requested by HyroTrader

Applicants are encouraged to provide at least three (3) months of verifiable trading activity, although exceptions may be made at HyroTrader’s discretion. Providing falsified, manipulated, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection or permanent exclusion from the Program.

Applications are individually reviewed by the HyroTrader team.

Selection is based on multiple factors, including:

• Trading experience
• Consistency of results
• Risk management
• Quality of submitted trading proof
• Authenticity and verifiability of submitted information
• Trading strategy and approach
• Overall quality of the application

Past prop firm experience may improve an application but is not required. Selection is based solely on merit.

HyroTrader intends to sponsor up to 100 evaluation challenge accounts per monthly application cycle, subject to available capacity.

HyroTrader may:

• increase or decrease the number of available sponsored accounts;
• close applications early;
• extend an application cycle;
• postpone reviews; or
• discontinue the Program entirely.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Applications exceeding available capacity may be:

• waitlisted,
• deferred to a future review cycle,
• or declined.

HyroTrader aims to review complete applications within approximately 7 business days, although review times are not guaranteed.

Incomplete applications or requests for additional documentation may extend the review period.

If selected, applicants must:

• complete KYC/AML verification within the requested timeframe;
• comply with all HyroTrader Terms of Service;
• comply with the HyroTrader Rulebook;
• comply with any additional onboarding requirements communicated by HyroTrader.

Failure to complete onboarding within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the sponsored challenge.

Upon successful verification, the sponsored evaluation account will be activated.

Sponsored challenge accounts are subject to the same trading rules as standard HyroTrader evaluation accounts unless otherwise stated.

Failure to meet evaluation objectives or violation of challenge rules, including drawdown limits, prohibited trading practices, or other breaches, will result in termination of the sponsored challenge in accordance with the HyroTrader Rulebook. Completion of a sponsored challenge does not guarantee continued participation if other program requirements are not met.

Applicants who are not selected may:

• submit a new application during a future monthly cycle;
• provide updated trading history or improved trading proof;
• purchase a standard HyroTrader challenge at any time.

Generally, only one application per applicant per monthly cycle is permitted.

HyroTrader may reject duplicate or abusive submissions.

Sponsored challenge accounts:

• are provided solely for participation in the HyroTrader evaluation program;
• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be sold, assigned, or redeemed.

The stated retail value of sponsored challenges is provided for informational purposes only.

HyroTrader may reject, suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any applicant or participant who:

• submits fraudulent or altered documents;
• misrepresents trading history;
• uses another person’s trading records;
• attempts to manipulate the application process;
• creates multiple accounts to increase selection chances;
• violates HyroTrader policies;
• engages in abusive or dishonest conduct.

HyroTrader may request additional verification at any stage of the application process.

Applicants may receive communications regarding:

• application status;
• future sponsored challenge cycles;
• promotional offers;
• discounts;
• educational content; or
• HyroTrader products and services,

subject to applicable privacy laws and communication preferences.

HyroTrader reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• modify these Program Terms;
• change eligibility requirements;
• change evaluation criteria;
• adjust the number of sponsored accounts;
• suspend the Program;
• terminate the Program;
• reject any application for any lawful reason.

Such decisions are final.

HyroTrader shall not be liable for:

• unsuccessful applications;
• technical issues during submission;
• delayed reviews;
• lost documentation;
• failure to be selected;
• suspension or cancellation of the Program.

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary.

These Program Terms supplement, and do not replace:

• HyroTrader Terms of Service
• HyroTrader Privacy Policy
• HyroTrader Rulebook

In the event of any conflict, the HyroTrader Terms of Service shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
