Will I be automatically notified if I breach one of the rules?

Our challenges are monitored by our automated system throughout the day. In most cases of rule breaches, you will receive an email notification immediately after the breach occurs.

However, the risk-per-trade rule is reviewed manually by our team. Because of this, notifications regarding this specific rule are not issued automatically and may take additional time to be reviewed and communicated.

If you suspect or are unsure whether you have breached any rules, feel free to reach out to us via chat, Discord, or email at support@hyrotrader.com. We will promptly review your account, and you can expect to hear back from us within approximately 1–2 business days.
